I know there is a way to change order of existing menu item buttons, I have done it before. Can anyone advise?
Solution:
The menu items will show based on how you place them in the setup screen. Just right-click, hold, and drag it to where you want to move it.
Also you can hide the button and Pick the button if you want to move to another group.
If the employee has not been used, like misatkes in initial data input, then you can delete by going to Back Office> Activites> Maintenance Activities> Delete Master Data> Employees.
